Looply prepares for closed testing

Reciprocal app testing, clearer access steps, and campaign rules that preserve accepted work.

Looply editorial artwork with an app screen preview. The preview may show an earlier app version.

Looply is preparing for closed testing as a community for Android developers and testers. Members test other apps and earn participation credits that fund places for their own listings. Credits cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, or cashed out.

A clearer path into a test

Listings support a Google Group or a Play Console email list. Testers reserve a place, complete the access steps, and confirm readiness. Owners select the funded group size, and a campaign starts when that selected number is ready.

  • Daily participation with optional local reminders.
  • Replacement places with their own participation timeline.
  • Credit settlement that preserves accepted work when participation ends.
  • Activity & Help for notices, access problems, and appeals.

The October 3 preparation record covers Android version 1.2.0, build 4, plus application and backend checks. Play Console setup, invitations, and Google review are separate steps. Looply does not verify Google Play opt-in continuity or guarantee production approval.
