How Looply works

Contribute to other developers' tests, then use free participation credits to request testing for your own app.

Effective: October 3, 2026 · support@kukkabu.com

1. Join the community

Sign in with Google, review the terms and register a supported Android phone. Eligible first accounts receive 1,800 starter credits. There is no credit purchase or cash payment.

2. List your app

Choose 12 to 20 places and supply your Play test link. For Google Group access, create a group that testers can join and authorize its email in your Play Console closed-test track. For email-list access, manage each consenting tester's Play email in Play Console. Looply provides instructions and the handoff; the owner manages Google access.

3. Reserve and obtain access

For a group test, join the supplied group with your Play account before opening the Play opt-in link. For an email-list test, enter your Play email and explicitly agree to share it with that owner. Wait for the owner to mark it added, then opt in and install. You can correct a submitted email while reserved; the owner must confirm it again.

4. Confirm readiness

Confirm that you opted in, installed the app and enabled Usage Access within 48 hours of reserving. The initial campaign starts when every selected place is ready. Looply treats Play access as self-reported. Older campaigns retain their previous access flow.

5. Test with purpose

Try real features and send honest feedback through the developer's channel. A check-in requires 120 foreground seconds in its daily window. Complete 14 accepted check-ins within 16 windows and at least 14 elapsed days for the completion bonus. The timer measures use, not testing quality or Google eligibility.

6. Keep participation fair

Accepted daily check-ins earn 5 credits and completion adds 50. Use those internal credits to fund your own testing places. Nobody buys credits or receives cash. Check Activity & Help for notices and submit access issues or appeals when needed.
