Availability and sign-in

Looply is being prepared for closed testing; no public download is available. Use the official Play invitation and your own Google account. Access to Looply itself and eligibility for an app listed in Looply are separate.

A Play test link says I cannot join

For a Google Group test, join the supplied group first using the same account as Google Play. For an email-list test, share the correct Play-account email and wait for the owner to mark it added. The owner must authorize the group or email list on the correct Play Console track. Looply cannot override Google access. Report an access issue from your test if needed.

Correct or withdraw a shared email

While your place is reserved, submit the corrected Play email; owner confirmation resets. To withdraw sharing after readiness, leave the test or contact support. Looply clears its shared copy when participation ends. Ask the owner to remove any separate Play Console copy.

Readiness and missed windows

Confirm access, installation and Usage Access before the readiness deadline. Follow the dates displayed in My tests. Report genuine access problems or outages promptly in Activity & Help; filing an issue alone does not stop the clock or award credits. You can review notices and appeal decisions there.

Device checks and notifications

Use a supported physical Android device and the official Play build. Modified or sideloaded builds may fail verification. Usage Access can be revoked in Android settings; without it measured check-ins cannot succeed. Notifications are optional reminders, controlled by the Profile switch and Android permission.

Safety, privacy and deletion

Use Report listing, Report developer or owner-side Report tester for abuse. Blocking is a separate choice managed in Profile. Email urgent concerns and moderation appeals to support@kukkabu.com. Include the app version and a redacted error, never passwords or tokens. Delete your account through Profile or this website; uninstalling alone does not remove server data.
